In all our work as technologists, everything ultimately comes down to two core elements: data, the substance we operate on, and functions, the tools we apply to fulfill business needs. A solid grasp of these fundamentals - combined with rigorous problem analysis - leads to solutions that are robust, maintainable, and built to last.
The best code is no code. Solving a real problem effectively matters more than engineering an unnecessarily complex system for its own sake. Trust, but verify. There is little satisfaction in delivering a project only to discover unmet requirements, unreliable components, or a dissatisfied client.
Excellent delivery is only the beginning.
“Really saved our bacon. Ryan was able to successfully rewrite and deploy a critical desktop application with very little context, and without access to the environment it was to run in, only to have it work on the first try. Excellent stuff.”

“We do sometimes come across high-performing talents in our B6/B7 group of consultants. But Ryan is one of a kind with his impressive dedication and versatility. I am sure Ryan will enjoy a great career, provided with the right opportunities. I will keep an eye out for him, but please do not hesitate to deploy Ryan where he can contribute, as he will.”

“In the middle of the project, Ryan was able to step into the role of IT Architect when the architect assigned to the project was absent for three months without warning (due to an unfortunate serious health issue). The successful delivery of the •••••••• ••••••••••• application on Azure is a testament to Ryan's ability to leverage available expertise, stay focused, learn necessary skills on the job, and collaborate with ••• and ••••• •••••••'s IT resources to get the job done”
